Old Kits
At Modelers-Heaven, we highly value customer satisfaction. When you purchase old kits from us, we ensure they are thoroughly checked for completeness before being offered. Any deviations are indicated in the description of each item, but you will understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we provide a period of 14 days after purchase within which you can report any undescribed comments about the kits via our contact page. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to provide a positive and hassle-free experience in building your model building projects. Please note that these kits will always show some signs of use, and aging decals are a logical consequence that is not always described and is not a reason for filing a complaint.
